  I have never met Robert at Big Country Flowers face-to-face, but he is one terrific guy who goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his customers. We moved away from the Abilene area several years ago, but I wanted to send a certain type of birthday arrangement to a dear friend there. (And yes, I'm one of those "picky" people.) After contacting Robert and sending a picture I found online, he replicated it and she was delighted. Of course, so was I.
  But this latest experience was almost unbelievable. My best friend's mother is seriously ill at a hospital in San Angelo. Again, I wanted the arrangement to be very, very special. Because I am not familiar with florists in that town, I called Robert yesterday to see if he could recommend a really good one. I texted a pic of what I had in mind. He said he had to be in San Angelo today anyway, so he offered to do the arrangement and deliver it personally. He notified me this afternoon when he took it to her room and sent a photo of the beautiful flowers. How amazing is that? Like before, the finished product and personal service exceeded all expectations.
  I can sincerely say that if you live in Abilene, you are very blessed to have Robert and Big Country Flowers!
